Venkat Viswanathan
Non-Executive Chairperson
Venkat Viswanathan is a first-generation entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in data analytics & AI, technology, and management consulting. Under Venkat’s leadership, LatentView (Holding Company) emerged as one of the fastest-growing data analytics firms globally. Beyond his role at LatentView (Holding Company), Venkat is a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs and an active figure in the startup ecosystem. When he’s not thinking about AI and analytics, Venkat indulges in his passion for biohacking, value investing, and tech gadgets, measuring everything from his sleep, activity, cardiac health, metabolism, posture, and mindfulness. Venkat holds a Bachelor’s degree from IIT, Madras, and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
Ravi Shankar
Founder & Executive Director
Ravi Shankar, an IIT Madras alumnus, is a first-generation entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in data analytics and IT. He founded Decision Point in 2012, partnering with senior leadership across the CPG industry to embed analytics into decision-making, with a strong focus on Revenue Growth Management.
Previously, Ravi led strategic planning for Ogilvy & Mather Retail in India and co-founded Proto.in, a platform that supported over 15 startups in securing venture capital funding. His career reflects a strong technical foundation, strategic vision, and a passion for leveraging analytics to drive innovation and solve real-world challenges.
Rajan Sethuraman
Non-Executive Director
Rajan Sethuraman is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in technology. With an educational foundation from BITS Pilani and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, Rajan has over 20 years of consulting experience in Business Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Operational Improvement, Information Technology, Talent Management, and Forensic Services, working with strategy management consulting practices of Accenture and KPMG. Rajan focuses on strategic leadership, global delivery, and business development, leveraging his skills in management consulting and business process improvement. Outside of work, he is an avid marathon runner, enjoys science fiction, and is passionate about chess.

Rajesh Gupta is an IIT Madras alumnus with extensive experience in analytics. He leads solution delivery for all global clients, consistently achieving client delight, and has been instrumental in establishing business analytics processes at the company.

Miguel Angel Ruz Alvarez brings over 30 years of industry experience spanning three continents and deep expertise in experiential analytics. He provides an Analytical Think Tank value proposition to customers across various industries, focusing on the growth and expansion of advanced analytics and big data solutions globally.
Vipul Goyal
Senior VP
Vipul Goyal, an IIT Kanpur alumnus and the youngest partner in the organization, brings exceptional acumen in advanced analytics. He leads diverse client projects, driving them to realize maximum value through focused analytics solutions. He also cultivates and manages some of Decision Point’s most crucial business relationships, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs and strategic partnerships.

Sanjay Saini leads all big data projects end-to-end, from solution architecture and algorithm design to software development. He brings versatile technical experience from government to corporate projects and is an active mentor to tech startups.

Abhishek Raghupungav, an engineer by profession and a product analyst by experience, is the go-to person for conceptualizing and developing analytics products. With over 11 years of experience, he is responsible for delivering multiple big data and advanced analytics products and solutions.
