Upskilling Program for Women

Decision Point regularly conducts workshops, seminars, sessions and other events to provide our ladies with first-hand experience of latest cutting edge technologies, often in collaboration with other organisation. We also sponsor and support our women employees who wish to take up courses on various tools and skills on Coursera, EdeX, UpGrad, etc

Understanding the Woman Psyche

We partner with various NGOs from time to time to host private counelling sessions for our ladies on a host of issues concerning their personal life, mental health, professional growth and other related stuff. We make it easy for every woman to try and express herself without reservations.
